What OORT is
OORT (built on the RadiusOS / Allison Legacy Group Geofence Engine) is a marketing-intelligence and campaign tool for local businesses. It helps a business owner understand likely customer personas, nearby opportunity zones, and timing patterns, and turn that into campaign drafts and (in mock mode) simulated ad campaigns.
What OORT does not do
- OORT does not identify named individuals.
- OORT does not track specific private people or their movement history.
- OORT does not know any individual's income.
- OORT does not access private location history from any person's device.
- OORT's persona, timing, and opportunity-zone content is modeledfrom category patterns and whatever the business owner directly enters — it is not measured from real customer data unless the business explicitly connects a live data source, and even then it is clearly labeled as such (see the "verified vs. modeled" disclosure shown throughout the product).
Data we collect
- Account data: email address and password (hashed by Supabase Auth), workspace name.
- Business data you enter: business name, address, products, hours, goals, and any customer language you choose to paste in.
- Campaign data: campaign drafts, message variations, budgets, and (in mock mode only) simulated launch records. No real advertising spend occurs through OORT during the private beta.
- Metrics: manually entered figures, mock provider data, or (only if you connect a real Meta/Google Ads account) provider-reported ad metrics.
- First-party events:anonymous, session-based events (page view, click, form submit) from OORT-generated landing pages and links — identified only by an opaque, randomly generated session token stored in your visitor's browser, never a name, email, or device fingerprint.
- Billing data: handled by PayPal; OORT stores subscription status and transaction references, not payment card or bank details.
Where data is stored
All product data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), scoped per workspace with row-level security so one workspace can never read another's data. Backups follow Supabase's standard retention.
Sharing
OORT does not sell personal data. A workspace member can generate a public, unauthenticated share link for a Recognition Report; anyone with that link can view the report until the workspace revokes it. See the Cookies & Tracking and Data Retention pages for more detail.
Your rights
You can export your workspace's data or request deletion at any time — see Request Data Deletion.
