Data Retention Policy

While your workspace is active

Business profiles, Recognition Reports, Orbits, campaign drafts, message-variation version history, metrics, and audit/learning history are retained for as long as your workspace exists, so you can return later and find everything as you left it. Version history (e.g. message-variation edits, learning-version reports) is append-only and is not automatically purged.

Anonymous first-party events

Anonymous session events collected from OORT-generated landing pages (first_party_events) are retained for a limited window (target: 13 months) to support attribution analysis, then eligible for automated cleanup. This cleanup job is defined but, as of this writing, is documented rather than yet running on a schedule — see docs/production-readiness-audit.md for the current status.

Public share links

A Recognition Report share link remains active until a workspace member disables it. Disabling immediately prevents further public access to that report.

After account/workspace deletion

On a confirmed deletion request (see Data Deletion), workspace data is scheduled for permanent removal. Backups age out on Supabase's standard backup retention schedule after that.
