Cookies & Tracking Disclosure

In the OORT dashboard

OORT uses one essential cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. This is strictly necessary for the product to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

On OORT-generated landing pages and links

When a campaign uses an OORT-generated landing page or link, that page stores one value in the visitor's browser's localStorage: a randomly generated, opaque session identifier (oort_session_id). It contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify a specific person — it exists only so that a sequence of events (page view → click → form submission) from the same visit can be linked together for attribution. It is not shared across different businesses' landing pages and is not a cross-site tracking cookie.

UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and an opaque attribution reference (oref) may appear in the URL of these links — these are standard, non-personal campaign-tracking parameters.

No cross-site tracking

OORT does not build or sell cross-site tracking profiles, and does not use browser fingerprinting.
